摘要
超声波电机在不同电压激励下频率阻抗特性也会不同,而一般测试都是通过LCR测量仪器测量小电压(5V)情况下阻抗特性,这和实际电机工作时有较大差别。介绍了一种在工作电压下测试超声波电机阻抗特性的方法。给出了测试系统结构图,利用NI的PXI模块仪器建立了系统,并测试实际电机在不同电压激励以及不同激励方式下的电机阻抗特性,为进一步进行超声电机模型分析提供了借鉴。
The frequency characteristic of ultrasonic motors input impedance is varied in different exciting voltage. The frequency-impedance characteristics, measured in the low voltage (5 V), agree those measured in actual exciting voltage badly. Therefore, introduced the method of impedance characteristic testing for ultrasonic motor in operating voltage. Presented the diagram of the measurement system, and established the system with the NI PXI model instruments. In the end, the frequency-impedance charac- teristics are obtained in varied voltages and exciting methods.
