摘要
本文就《全国外文生物医学期刊联合目录》东北地区14所高等学校收藏1991～1994年外文期刊数据进行了统计。4年中，14所高校共收藏西文期刊1293种，4451份；日文期刊401种，1152份。收订期刊较多的单位依次为中国医大（1086种）、白医大（918种）、大医（771种）和哈医（465种）。文中对地区内各馆收藏的外文期刊文种及学科特色进行了报告，并就提高期刊选订水平、加强协作意识、注意与医院及相关学科图书馆的合作等方面提出了建议。
For the purpose of having a better knowledge of the medical serials resources in university libraries of Northeast China, the data from the union list of foreign biomedical serials in China (1994 ~ 1994) were collected and sorted. The result shows that in the 14 academic libraries, 1293 titles of western and 401 Japanese periodicals were collected during the years. The first four which have a comparatively richer collection are China Medical University (1086), Norman Bethune University of Medical Sciences(918), Dalian Medical University(771 ), and Harbin Medical University (465) respectively. The characteristics of the language, publication country and subject were reported and analyzed. Some proposals were put forward on the subjects of serials selection and acquisition, interlibrary loan and the cooperation between health allied libraries.
