越南人民的伟大领袖胡志明的名字为中国人民所熟知，他生于1890年5月19日，1969年9月2日逝世，享年79岁。胡志明从19岁即出国寻求救国的真理和道路，在长达60年的革命生涯中，他把自己的一生全部献给了祖国和人民，也为培育越中两国人民的传统友谊作出了重要贡献。中共中央在给越南党中央的唁电中说：“在中国人民进行民族民主革命斗争的岁月里，他几次来到中国，同中国人民患难与共，并肩战斗，同中国共产党建立了深厚的无产阶级感情。”
Ho Chi Minh＇s name is well known to Chinese people. He was born on May 19, 1890, and died on September 2, 1969 at the age of 79. From the 19-year old, Ho Chi Minh had been seeking the truth and road of saving country, in his 60 years of revolutionary career, he dedicated all his life to the people of the motherland, and also to fostering the Vietnam-China traditional friendship. This paper will describe Ho Chi Minh＇s revolutionary experience and his devotion to the liberation of Vietnam and the important contribution to China-Vietnam＇s friendship building.
