平阳霉素与地塞米松联合治疗婴幼儿会阴部血管瘤的护理

Nursing care of pingyangmycin combined dexamethasone to treat infantile perineal region hemangioma

目的:探讨平阳霉素和地塞米松联合注射治疗婴幼儿会阴部血管瘤的护理。方法:对112例婴幼儿会阴部血管瘤采取平阳霉素与地塞米松联合注射,并在注射前后进行相应的护理。结果:112例患者均得到满意的护理,无严重并发症发生。结论:平阳霉素加地塞米松注射治疗婴幼儿会阴部血管瘤是简便易行,安全可靠的,注射后细致、周到的护理是患者安全、顺利康复的重要保证。

Objective ：To discuss nursing care of using pingyangmycin （PYM） and dexamethasone （Dex） injection to treat infantile perineal region hemangioma. Methods：We applied PYM and Dex conbined injection to 112 infants with perineal region hemangioma, and gave them corresponding nursing care before or after the injection.Results： 112 infants all received satisfied nursing care and there was no serious complication. Conclusion：Using PYM and Dex injection to treat infantile perineal region hemangioma is convenient,safe,reliable and easy to be applied. Careful and considerate nursing care is the important assurance of patients＇ safe and successful health.
