摘要
目的:探讨阶段性健康教育对提高肿瘤患者化疗依从性的影响。方法:随机将患者分成两组,实验组75例实施阶段性健康教育,对照组63例采用传统健康教育,比较两组患者治疗依从性情况、满意度、相关知识知晓率、对药物不良反应认知及主动应对率。结果:实施阶段性健康教育后实验组患者治疗依从性行为、满意度、相关知识知晓率、对药物不良反应认知及主动应对率均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段性健康教育能显著提高肿瘤患者化疗的依从性,顺利完成化疗,从而提高患者的生活质量和自我防护能力。
Objective:To investigate staged health education on chemotherapy compliance of patients with tumor. Methods:The patients were separated into two groups: experimental group ( 75 cases) accepted staged health education ; control group (63 cases) accepted traditional health education. To compare therapeutic compliance, satisfaction ,related knowledge understanding percent,drugs adverse reactions cognition and active coping rate of the patients between the two groups. Results:The therapeutic compliance,satisfaction, related knowledge understanding percent, drugs adverse reactions cognition and active coping rate of the patients accepted staged health education were better than those in the control group,respectively.There was a statistical significance between groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The staged health education could enhance chemotherapy compliance of patients significantly and chemotherapy accomplish successfully, which increase quality of life and self-defense ability.
