血液透析联合灌流治疗尿毒症并发症的观察与护理 被引量:4

摘要 常规血液透析(HD)是尿毒症的主要替代疗法.是一体化治疗的主要方式。但HD只能清除小分子毒性物质.对中分子和大分子毒性物质的清除则很差。以致部分患者出现顽固高血压、心功能不全、呼吸困难、皮肤瘙痒、骨痛、关节疼痛等并发症,得不到较好的控制,从而成为透析患者长期生存的重要障碍。我们对23例患者进行常规透析时串联HA型树脂吸附器(HD+HP)治疗,施以相应的护理。取得了满意的疗效。
