摘要
经典的肾素血管紧张素系统在维持动脉血压平衡,水电解质平衡,调节细胞增生及分化中起着重要的作用。血管转化酶2,血管紧张素1-7的受体Mas等新成员的发现使人们对这一系统的认识进一步深化。血管紧张素1-7,及其在体内主要的合成酶ACE2,和受体Mas组成的调节轴可产生广泛的生理学效应,拮抗血管转化酶-血管紧张素Ⅱ-AT1受体调节轴的效应,从而为高血压,心衰等心血管疾病和肾脏,肝脏等系统疾病的药物治疗提供新的思路和方法。
The classic system of renin - angiotensin system plays an important role in regulating arterial blood pres- sure, water - electrolyte balance, cellular proliferation and differentiation. The recent discoveries of new components of this system such as ACE2 and Mas receptor deepen our research in the system. Angiotensinl -7, its syozyme ACE2 and its recep- tor Mas constitute an axis which can evokes many protective effects. This axis has a counter - regulatory role towards the ACE - AngⅡ- AT1R axis. It can open great potential in treating the cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and chronic heart diseases, and other systemic diseases such as in kidney and liver.
