农村2型糖尿病病人饮食干预结果分析

Result analysis of diet intervention on typeⅡ diabetes patients in rural area

目的:探讨农村2型糖尿病病人一般饮食干预与强化饮食干预的结果。方法:抽取2型糖尿病病人60例,随机分成一般饮食干预组和强化饮食干预组,每组各30例。一般饮食干预组采取常规药物治疗及简单营养指导,强化饮食干预组在常规药物治疗基础上,由营养师开饮食处方,作强化饮食干预。分析两组病人空腹血糖控制情况。结果:两组病人经2个月治疗后血糖控制情况差异有显著性,6个月后并发症的发病率差异有显著性。结论:对2型糖尿病病人进行强化饮食干预,能有效控制血糖波动,同时可以减少并发症的发生。

Objective：To discuss the results between common diet intervention and strengthen diet intervention in the rural type Ⅱ diabetes patients. Methods：To select 60 type Ⅱ diabetes patients and divide them into two groups randomly,30 patients in the common diet intervention and 30 patients in the strengthen diet intervention. The common diet intervention group got routine medical cure and simple nutrition guide.The strengthen diet intervention group got the strengthen diet intervention prescribed by the dietitian based on the routine medical cure.Results：The control situation of both group patients＇ blood sugar was analyzed.The blood control situation was different between two groups after two months＇ treatment and after six months the incidence of the complication was different. Conclusion： Strengthening diet intervention to type Ⅱ diabetes patients has significance to control blood sugar.Meanwhile, it can also reduce the complication.
