2005-2007年广安市放射工作人员健康状况调查分析

Health Situation of 212 Radiation Workers in Guangan From 2005 to 2007

目的了解小剂量照射对放射工作人员健康的影响,以便采取防治措施。方法采用热释光法测定个人剂量;调查近3年广安市212名放射工作人员体检资料。结果放射工作人员人均年剂量当量均值为1.0902mSv;血小板、血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞异常率发别是9.39%、7.31%、9.56%和7.20%。其余体检指标无异常。结论广安市放射工作人员个人剂量符合国家放射防护标准,健康状况良好。

Objective To find out health situation so as to promote preventive measures of the low-dose irradiated radiation worker. Method Thermoluminescent dosimeter（TLD） was used for individual monitoring. A total of 212 radiation workers were investigated for 3 years. Result Personal dose equivalent was 1.090 2 mSv/a. Abnormal rates of peripheral blood platelet, hemoglobin, red blood cells and white blood cells were 9. 39%, 7. 31%, 9.56%, and 7. 20%. Other medical items were normal. Conclusion Personal dose equivalent conforms to national radiological protection standards. Health situation of radiation workers is good in Guangan.
