光照和黑暗条件下香果树种子萌发过程中蛋白酶及蛋白含量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了光照和黑暗条件下香果树的萌发过程中种子的萌发率、蛋白酶活性及可溶性蛋白含量的变化。结果表明:香果树种子属于典型的光敏感性种子;在光照条件下萌发的香果树种子蛋白酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量的变化趋势都是先急剧上升后逐渐下降;在黑暗中香果树种子完全不能萌发,整个培养过程中蛋白酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量一直都很低,可能导致种子不能萌发。 The influence of light treatments, namely with or without 12 h light, to the seed germination of Emmenopterys henryi Oliv, and the activity of protease as well as the content of soluble protein were studied. The results showed that Emmenopterys henryi seed is a light-sensitive seed and it cannot germinate in dark; the activity of protease and the content of soluble protein increased greatly in early of seed germination, then decreased. However, the activity of protease and the content of soluble protein remained low during the whole period in the dark, which may lead to the failure of seeds germination in the dark.
