浅表淋巴结恶性肿瘤的声像图分析

Sonogram analysis of malignant tumors of superficial lymph nodes

目的比较不同类型浅表淋巴结转移癌声像图的差异。方法分析经病理证实的98例浅表淋巴结恶性肿瘤的声像图特点。结果与其他腺癌相比，甲状腺癌转移淋巴结血供丰富，无回声区的淋巴结增多（P〈0．01），并且8例乳头状甲状腺癌转移淋巴结内可见微钙化；淋马瘤与转移癌、低分化与中分化癌、鳞癌与腺癌之间比较，各项观察指标均无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论除部分乳头状甲状腺癌转移淋巴结的声像图能够提示原发病灶外，声像图不能提示恶性肿瘤分化程度及来源。

Objective To compare the difference in the sonogram of different malignant tumor of superficial lymph nodes. Methods Ninety - eight cases of malignant tumor of lymph nodes confirmed by pathology were enrolled in this study, and their sonogram features were analyzed retrospectively. Results Compared with other glandular cancer, blood flow in metastatic lymph nodes of thyroid cancer was abundant. More lymph nodes with echo free zone appeared （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were 8 cases of papillary thyoid carcinoma with microcalcifications in metastatic lymph nodes. And there was no significant difference between lymphoma and metastatic carcinoma, moderately differentiated carcinoma and poorly differentiated carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Except some of sonograms of metastatic lymphy nodes from papillary thyroid carcinoma can reflect primary lesion, sonograms can＇t reflect the differentiated degree and source of malignant tumors.
