摘要
文章介绍一种控制染液中保险粉浓度的系统。该系统能实时在线检测保险粉浓度。以工控机为控制核心,基于单片机C8051F040,在VC++环境下实现数据通信,显示器显示当前染液中保险粉的浓度。将测量值和设定值进行比较后,工控机控制保险粉添加装置,定时适量添加保险粉,保持染液中保险粉浓度的稳定性,保证染色效果。
A system of co tern includes an on-line real ntrolling the co time detecting ncentration of sodium hydrosulfite is introduced. The systhe concentration of sodium hydrosulfite devic IPC as a core, based on SCM C8051F040, data communication is realized in the VCq-ff- en and the measure value will be shown on the computer screen. After comparing the measure set value, IPC controls the adding set to add adequate amount of sodium hydrosulfite at the to make the concentration of sodium hydrosulfite stable and guarantee the dyeing quality.
