摘要
为了提高B423型针梳机操作系统的智能化水平及安全性能,采用触摸屏人机界面操作系统。该系统通过触摸屏与可编程控制器的通信,完成对针梳机各项工艺参数的设定、修改、显示等,从而达到对不同毛条生产工艺过程的变换。该操作系统界面友好、操作简单、维护方便,提高了针梳机性能。
In order to improve the intelligence and the safety of the operating system, the operating system to use touch-screen as man-machine interface was applied on the B423 gill box. Through the communica- tion with the touch-screen and the PLC, the system can set, modify, display the process parameters of the gill box,so as to change process according to the various top. This system has friendly interface, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and can improve the properties of the gill box.
