An Evolutionary Game Analysis of Logistic Enterprises Strategic Alliance in China

面对当今物流发展的新形势和国外物流企业的进入所带来的多元竞争,我国物流企业有必要建立战略联盟来增强自己的竞争力和抗风险能力。文章从实际工作中物流企业有限理性的角度出发,利用进化博弈分析了我国物流企业战略联盟的利益分配原则及稳定性问题,为构筑稳定、有效的物流企业联盟机制提供了有益的参考。

Facing the new situation and multiple competitions brought by the entry of foreign logistic enterprises, China＇s logistic enterprises need to establish strategic alliances to enhance their competitiveness and ability to resist risks. From the perspective of bounded rational of logistic enterprises in practice, this paper uses evolutionary game theory to analyze the principles of the distribution of benefits and stability Of China＇s logistic enterprises strategic alliance, so as to provide a useful reference to build a stable and efficient mechanism for the logistic enterprises alliance.
