农村残疾人就业排斥及对策探讨——以广州市农村残疾人为例

Employment Exclusion on the Rural Disability and Its Countermeasures —A Case Study of Rural Disability in Guangzhou

在以人为本的和谐社会中,残疾人等弱势群体就业和需求满足问题日益成为政府和学界关注的公共议题,通过对广州市农村残疾人的抽样调查和访谈,发现农村残疾人存在就业率低、就业支持不足等就业问题,导致农村残疾人就业问题的本质原因是制度排斥、观念排斥和教育排斥。对此,文章提出促进残疾人的自我觉醒与发展、促进社会价值观和社会制度的革新等相关对策及建议。

In a human-oriented harmonious society, the employment of the disabilities becomes the hot topic for the government and the scholars relam. Based on a sample investigation and deep interviews in rural areas of Guangzhou, it is found that low employment rate and the lack of employment support are the main employment problems. The root is that the system of exclusion, the concept of exclusion and education of exclusion. Finally, the relevant measures and recommendations are put forward： the promotion of people with self-awakening and development, promotion of social values and social system of innovation.
