摘要
根据声誉在战略网络合作伙伴选择中的重要作用,运用委托代理理论、重复博弈理论等相关理论,对战略网络中心企业的合作选择机制进行研究。将战略网络合作伙伴选择过程分为静态评价和动态评价两个阶段,在静态评选阶段,给出了对合作伙伴进行粗筛选的结束条件。在动态评价阶段,设计了声誉遵循贝叶斯法则更新的合作契约。通过这种机制,较好地降低了合作伙伴选择构成中的逆向选择和道德风险问题。
This paper centers on the cooperative partner selection mechanism in the strategic network, based on the repeated game theory on the view of strategic core enterprise. The partner selection process is divided into two stages, one is static evaluation stage, the other is dynamic evaluation stage. On the static evaluation stage, the termination condition is suggested. On the dynamic evaluation stage, the strategic core enterprise uses Bayes' law to upgrade the reputation and designs the cooperation contract based on it. The adverse choice and moral risk problems are decreased in the partner process.
