摘要
目的了解北京市某综合大学在校本科生的膳食结构和运动情况,为进行营养与运动健康教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计的营养运动调查问卷,对北京市某综合大学选修《健康传播与健康教育》通选课的351名在校本科生进行调查。结果调查人群中能做到每天5份蔬果的学生仅占20.9%。女生的营养习惯普遍比男生健康,每天坚持喝牛奶、吃水果和蔬菜的比例均高于男生。平均每周锻炼3d以上的学生占36.1%。90%以上的学生愿意为健康改变营养、运动习惯,最喜欢的渠道是"课堂教育"。结论该校本科生营养与运动的知识不足,行为有欠健康。应推广高校健康普及课程,促进大学生身心健康全面发展。
Objective To find out the current situation of diet and exercises from a comprehensive university in Beijing and to provide evidence for the nutritional and athlete health education. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 351 undergraduate students in a comprehensive university who selected Health Communication and Health Education as an elective course. Results Among the investigated students, only 20.9% took five vegetables or fruits everyday. Girls usually had a healthier diet habit than boys including intake of milk, fruit and vegetable everyday. About 36.1% of the students took exercises more than three days a week and more than 90% were willing to change diet and exercise habits. The most liked way was class education. Conclusion The undergraduate has a low cognitive percentage of diet and exercise, and their practice is far from being healthy. A health popularized course should be held so as to promote the development of college students comprehensively in terms of physical and mental health.
