摘要
目的了解大学生心理问题的类型和特点,为高校有针对性地开展心理咨询工作提供依据。方法对2004年至2007上半年河南大学心理咨询中心记录在案的心理咨询案例进行统计。结果前来咨询的文科学生偏多;学期中间是咨询中心接待来访者的高峰期;心理问题最突出的是情绪的困扰,学业、情感、人际交往问题也是咨询的主要问题;来咨询的女生多于男生。结论应采取针对性的措施提高学生的心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the different types and characteristics of college students＇ psychological counseling, and to provide bases for developing psychological counseling. Methods The cases recorded by Henan University Counseling Center from 2004 to the first half of 2007 were statistically analyzed. Results Students of arts were more than the students of science and girls were more than boys. The peak of counseling was at the middle of semester. The main problems were emotional disturbance, study, affection and interpersonal communication. Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to improve the students＇ mental health.
