摘要
厦门大学与新加坡南洋理工大学课题组于2009年2月28日在北京进行了中国季度宏观经济模型(CQMM)第六次预测发布。预测报告利用最新发表的宏观经济季度数据估计模型,对2009年至2010年八个季度的中国宏观经济主要指标进行预测,模拟了不同财政扩张支出的增长及结构效应,并依据预测及政策模拟结果,对我国当前宏观经济格局的成因进行了分析,并提出扩大内需的政策建议。
The research team consisting of researchers from Xiamen University and Nanyang University d Technology, Singapore, issued their sixth forecast of China＇ s Quarterly Macroeconomic Model （CQMM） in Beijing on 28 Feb. 2009. This forecast is a long report which includes an estimation by modeling on the basis of all the latest quarterly China, a forecast of major index of China＇s data in development within the eight quarters of 2009 and 2010, a simulation of the increases of expenditures for different fiscal policies for expansions and their structural effect, an analysis of the factors for China＇ s current pattern according to the forecast and the results of the policy simulations mentioned above, and finally some suggestions for policy-makers to adopt to boost domestic demands.
