Planning and Layout of Natural Gas Pipeline Networks in Zhejiang Province

概述了在浙江省天然气管网规划中协调好西气东输二线与省管网路由重复段的关系的重要性。从浙江省的气源分布、安全平稳供气、管道压力级制、管道功能和地位等方面对规划方案进行了分析,提出采用杭衢温管道杭金衢段与西气东输二线同向敷设,使浙江省天然气管网呈"口"字形环状的规划布局更为合理,并对"多气源一环网"的布局方案进行了具体的阐述。

Significance to coordinate the relationship of the overlay segment in Zhejiang Province's planning natural gas networks and 2nd West-to-East Natural Gas Pipeline is reviewed. An analysis is carried out for the planning from distribution of gas resources, safety gas supply on an even keel, system of pipeline pressure levels, pipeline function and status. It is pointed out that Hangjinqu Segment in Hangquwan Pipeline shall be laid in the same direction with 2nd West-to-East Natural Gas Pipeline so as to make the gas networks of Zhejiang Province in 'square-shaped loop gas pipeline networks' and the planning layout more reasonable. In this paper,authors describe a scenario of 'multi-resources-loop networks' for the plan-ning and layout of gas networks in Zhejiang Province in detail.
