售后服务在汽车行业的普遍认识是指厂商在汽车售出后的一系列服务工作,诸如保养、索赔、备件供应等。随着客车行业的不断发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,继产品性能、品质、价格之后,售后服务成为客户最关心的问题之一,也成为企业竞争的主要元素。
To a certain extent, bus and coach belong to the means of production, therefore, after-sales service is one of the important rings of the .production chain, which more or less would have much impact on repeated purchasing.Enriched by its many years' practices, the author conducted analysis and speculation on after-sales service in bus and coach industry, and provided a series of summary reports.
