HERO642镍钛系统两种根管预备方法临床应用的初探 被引量:2

摘要 目的探寻HERO642镍钛系统有效安全的根管预备方法。方法选择门诊患者452例,随机分为2组,采用HERO642镍钛系统分别进行机械根管预备和机械+手动联合应用根管预备,比较两组扩根的断针率及术后疼痛反应。结果机械+手动联合预备组断针率及术后疼痛发生率明显低于机械预备组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论采用HERO642机械+手动联合应用进行根管预备的方法可减少断针率及术后疼痛反应,提高了根管治疗的安全性。
