江苏是实施农机政策性保险较早的省份。经过研究探索,已初步构建政策性保险的政策法规体系,基本形成农机政策性保险制度。在制度执行过程中,应当进一步规范投保、理赔等行为,丰富财政补贴险种,制定具有农机特点的保险条款,将制度得到完善。

In the course of system implementation, the behavior of insuring and settlement of claims should be further regulated; financial subsidy insurance products should be abundant, make the insurance clause with the characteristic of agricultural machinery and improve the system.
