新时期我国农业机械化补贴政策探析

Study on Allowance Policies for Purchasing Agricultural Machinery of Chinese Agricultural Mechanization in New Periods

国家农机购置补贴政策的实施,促进了农业机械化事业的全面发展,同时带动了农业工业的振兴与多元化农机投入机制的形成。新时期,随着国家购机补贴实施力度的加大,如何利用补贴资金引导我国农业机械化更好更快地发展,是摆在我国农业机械化管理部门的新课题。本文针对目前农机购置补贴政策实施中存在的问题,提出完善购机补贴政策的几条建议和具体措施。

Implementation of allowance policies for purchasing agricultural machinery, promoting the comprehensive development of Chinese agricultural mechanization, at the same time, drive the revitalizing of agricultural machinery industry and the forming of diversification input system for agricultural machinery. In new periods, following the enhance of allowance funds for purchasing agricultural machinery, how to use the allowance funds to promote development of agricultural mechanization better and faster, is the new subject for the department of agricul- tural mechanization management facing. The suggestion and measures be proposed for perfecting the allowance policies for purchasing agri- cultural machinery, aiming at the problems exist in implementation of allowance policies.
