摘要
组织学习和知识创新的研究应该内化到一个具体的系统中。农机制造业生产系统中组织学习的主线应关注内部知识、经验和技能的纵向传递和平行扩散过程,并通过这个过程来提升组织的适应性,以利于其核心能力的塑造和对未来市场需求的响应。
The research on organizational learning and knowledge innovation should be embodied into a practical system. As for to the manu- facturing production system, the organizational learning should concern more about fore-and-aft transferring and parallel diffusing process of the inner knowledge, experience and technique to improve its flexibility. Also the process favors the development of system' s core competence and adaptability to the market demands in future.
