摘要
在对国家现行的国有企业负责人绩效考核方法进行分析的基础上,根据国有农机企业的特点和发展要求,构建了以绩效考核为中心的国有农机企业负责人绩效管理的新体系,以确保国有资产的保值增值和国有农机企业的可持续发展。
At first, this article analyses the limitation of the recent assessing mechanism on the principals of the state-owned enterprises. Then, according to the characteristic and the development demand of the state-owned agricultural machinery enterprise, this article establishes the new performance management system of their principals in which performance assessment is the key element, to insure the maintenance and incensement in value of the states' assets and the consistent development of the state-owned agricultural machinery enterprises.
