The paper has analyzed the agricultural science and technology incubator dynamic cooperation＇s intrinsic mechanism from the enterprise resources theory and the industrial ecology theory, proposes the cooperation importance among the agricultural science and technology incu- bators. The paper has discussed the study evolution process of the agricultural science and technology incubator from the coordination game theory, further argues the strategies to realize from the agricultural science and technology incubator cooperation.
