双针式秧针的工艺设计

摘要 秧针使用频率高、劳动强度大、工作环境恶劣、受腐蚀性强、极易磨损生锈。传统工艺生产的秧针易变形开裂、氧化脱碳,生产成本高、成品率低。本文分析双针式秧针工作特性及使用要求,采用国产材质,通过改进生产工序、选择正确的热处理方法试制生产双针式秧针。成品经田间耐久性考核及台架撞击试验表明:秧针工作特性完全达到设计要求,可替代进口产品。 The characteristic of seedling needle is high using frequency and labor intensity, bad working conditions, strong corrosion, easy to wear and rust extremely. Traditional technology is easier deformation and crack, oxidation decarburization, is high costs and low yield. Dou- ble seedling needle's characteristics and use requirements are analyzed in this paper, and trial-produced successfully with domestic materi- als, by improving processing processes, choose correct heat treatment methods. Test of field durability and platform impact showed that work characteristics of seedling needle meet design requirements, can be replaced imported products.
