摘要
介绍了干冻磨削技术相对于传统磨削方式的优缺点及其主要内容,提出了解决干冻磨削技术几个关键问题的设计方案,并搭建了试验平台进行了实验验证,结果表明干冻磨削技术应用于磨床的精磨削是可行的,为未来磨床行业的绿色化研究开辟了新的途径。
This paper introduces the advantages, disadvantages of cooling-air cryogenic grinding technology and main points, compared to traditional grinding way. Several design projects are proposed to resolve current core problems about cooling-air grinding and proved by test. The results show that it is feasible to apply cooling-air grinding technology to fine grinding in grinder. Meanwhile, the other hopeful ways to realize green grinding in grinder sector is found.
