摘要
以钢铁、造纸、橡胶工业的市场需求为导向,设计开发了能完成辊身的各种曲线、辊颈、辊颈锥面以及辊颈之间过渡圆弧高精度磨削的大型重载数控轧辊磨床系列。设计采用了先进的数控系统、性能优异的SGS磨削之星。提出了设计高精度磨床的有效措施,运用有限元分析方法提高机床设计的可靠性。
Guided by market demand of steel & iron, paper-making and rubber industry, this paper introduces heavy-duty high accuracy CNC roll grinder, which is designed to grind various curves on barrel and journal, journal taper and transitional arc between journals. This grinder has advanced CNC system, excellent SGS grinding star. By using finite element analysis, the reliability of machine tool design is improved.
