摘要
"举国体制"使大连足球后备人才层出不穷,将大连足球推向历史上最辉煌的顶点。随着职业联赛的兴起,由于在训练体制中的相关法律法规不健全,缺乏人才培养的激励机制等因素,导致大连足球后备人才出现了萎缩。研究提出了完善大连足球后备人才培养的对策与建议。
＂the whole nation system＂ causes Dalian soccer back talented person to emerge one after another incessantly. Along with professional league＇s starting,because the laws and regulations is not perfect,and it lacks incentive mechanism of Dalian soccer back talented person to present the atrophy phenomenon. The paper putsforward the countermeasure and the suggestion.
