新疆多民族地区体育组织管理现状的调查分析

Study on Present Situation of Sports Organization Management in Xinjiang

采用访谈、问卷调查等研究方法对新疆多民族地区体育组织管理的现状进行调查,并进行分析。结果表明,新疆多民族地区体育行政组织机构采取四级垂直管理模式,各类城镇体育组织机构缺乏专职人员,体育社团发展单一等;资金不足,场地设施缺乏,社会指导员数量有限等是新疆多民族地区体育组织管理中存在的主要问题。建议因时因地制宜,开展特色体育项目;加强学校体育对新疆多民族地区体育的帮助作用,更好的推动新疆多民族地区体育的发展。

This article uses research techniques and so on literature material, interview, questionnaire survey the present situation which manages to the Xinjiang regions that are inhabited by many nationalities sports organization to carry on the investigation, and carries on the analysis. The result indicated： Xinjiang regions that are inhabited by many nationalities sports administration organizations and agencies adopt four level of line management patterns, each kind of cities sports organizations and agencies lack the fitll time personnels, the sports mass organization develop and so on solely; The tightness of money,the location facility lacks, social political instructor quantity limited and so on is the subject matter which the Xinjiang regions that are inhabited by many nationalities sports organization manages exists. When suggestion acts as eircurestances permit, development characteristic sports items; Strengthens the school sports to the Xinjiang regions that are inhabited by many nationalities sports help function, better impels the Xinjiang regions that are inhabited by many nationalities sports the development.
