多排螺旋CT血管造影在下肢动脉闭塞性疾病中的应用

摘要 随着老龄化社会的到来,外周动脉疾病尤其是下肢动脉闭塞性疾病发病率在全球范围内逐年增高。随着生活方式西化,国内的下肢动脉闭塞性疾病发病率亦显著增加。下肢动脉闭塞性疾病如果得不到及时和正确的治疗,最终可能面临截肢甚至死亡等不良预后。我们需要一种准确可行的检查手段,为血管外科医生提供足够的信息以协助制定治疗方案。多排螺旋CT血管造影(MDCTA)在诊断下肢动脉闭塞性疾病中发挥着越来越重要的作用。
