重睑术同期Y-V推进新月形去皮法矫正内眦赘皮

Treatment of epicanthus by double eyelid construction combined with Y-V advanced crescent-shaped skin flap in one stage

目的:寻求一种简单有效、方便实用的内眦赘皮矫正方法。方法:对155例伴有不同程度内眦赘皮的单睑患者,一期进行重睑成形术和采用Y-V推进新月形去皮法矫正内眦赘皮。结果:所有病例术后重睑形态自然、效果良好、内眦瘢痕不明显、无复发。结论:重睑术同期Y-V推进新月形去皮法矫正内眦赘皮是一种简单有效、方便实用的内眦赘皮矫正方法。

Objective To explore a simple, effective and convenient method for the treatment of epicanthus. Methods 155 patients with foldless eyelid combined with epicanthus in different degree were treated with double eyelid construction and Y-V advanced crescent-shaped skin flap in one stage. Results All patients postoperative achieved success with nature shaped double eyelid. No obvious scar in endocanthion and no recurrence. Conclusions Treating epicanthus with double eyelid construction and Y-V advanced crescent-shaped skin flap in one stage is a simply, effective and convenient method with satisfactory appearrence.
