摘要 目的:使用真实的唇裂患者数据和真实的外科手术术式对软组织进行虚拟切开操作,部分实现唇裂手术仿真。方法:利用薄层CT获取原始数据,运用均值聚类算法进行图像分割,使用marching cubes等值面提取算法构建几何模型并优化,利用VTK(Visualization Toolkit)的3D Widget框架构建虚拟手术刀的行为,实现软组织切开操作。结果:系统的实验验证采用来自真实患儿的薄层CT数据,仿真了唇裂修复术软组织切除等效果,实现了唇裂修复手术的部分仿真步骤。结论:实验结果表明本文研究方法的可行性,为涉及软组织操作的颌面外科手术仿真提供了一种有效方法。 Objective To study the modeling and simulation of surgical operations in soft tissue based on real patient's CT data and implement the simulation of cleft lip operation partly. Methods Thin-layer CT scanning was employed to obtain the original data. Image segmentation was made based on mean clustering. A visualization model was reconstructed and optimized using marching cubes of VTK (Visualization Toolkit) technology. The 3D Widgets" framework of VTK was used to build behaviors of virtual scalpels. Virtual resection operation was implemented. Results Resection procedures of cleft lip repair based on thin-slice CT data from a cleft lip child were simulated. The simulation of cleft lip operation was implemented partly. Conclusion The simulation result indicates that the framework and implemented methods proposed in this paper are feasible. This work provides an effective means for surgical simulation of maxillofacial operations involving soft tissue.
