白藜芦醇促进任意皮瓣成活的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察白藜芦醇(Resveratrol)对超长任意皮瓣成活的影响并探讨其机制。方法:69只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(n=23)、灌胃组(n=23)和外用药处理组(n=23)。在大鼠背部设计蒂在尾部的3cm×9cm大小任意皮瓣,皮瓣掀起后原位缝合。分别测定皮瓣组织中丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量、髓过氧化物酶(Myeloperoxidase,MPO)活性。组织切片HE染色观察各组毛细血管生成情况。术后7天观察皮瓣成活面积。结果:两个处理组术后12h、24h皮瓣组织中MDA含量与对照组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),MPO活性与对照组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。术后7天皮瓣成活面积处理组明显高于较对照组。结论:白藜芦醇对超长任意皮瓣具有保护作用,可提高皮瓣的成活面积。 Objective To study the effect of Resveratrol on the ultralong random flap and study the mechanism. Methods A random skin flap (3cm ×9cm)was created in SD rats. Sixty nine rats were randomly divided into three groups: the control group, the Resveratrol administration by gavage group and the resveratrol liniment treatment group. The content of Malondialdehyde (MDA),the activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO) were measured. The disposition of blood capillary was observed, and the image analysis was performed. Seven days after the operation the flap viability was observed. Results Compared with the control group, 12h and 24h after operation, the content of MDA and the activity of MP1 in the two treated groups decreased. In the two treated groups, there were more blood capillaries than the control group. Compared with the control group, the flap viability of treated groups increased. Conclusions The Resveratrol had the protective effects on the ultralong random flap. The random flap viability increased.
