心理干预对牙科患者焦虑情绪影响的研究

Influence of mental intervention on dental patient of dental anxiety

目的:探讨心理干预对治疗牙科患者牙科焦虑症(dental anxiety,DA)的作用以及对口腔临床治疗的影响。方法:采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)对一般牙科患者予以筛选,筛选出分值高于50分的焦虑抑郁患者60例并随机分为2组,分别给予心理干预治疗和一般治疗,对数据进行统计分析。结果:心理干预治疗组与对照组相比,患者的SAS和SDS分值有非常明显降低(P<0.01),心理干预治疗组的同组患者中,其在心理干预前后的SAS和SDS分值有非常显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:心理干预对缓解牙科患者的焦虑情绪有显著效果。

Objective to investigate the influence of mental intervention therapy on dental patient of dental anxiety. Methods The self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） were used to survey the dental patients of outpatient. All 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly whose score of SAS and SDS exceeded 50.The mental intervention and general oral treatment were carried on two groups respectively.The collected data were analyzed by software SPSS10.0. Results Compared to the control group, the scores of SAS and SDS in the mental intervention group were lower significantly than the control group（P〈0.01）. The scores of SAS and SDS of patients in one mental intervention group were different significantly after mental intervention therapy （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Mental intervention therapy shows a significant effect on dental anxiety.
