护理干预对门诊小切口腋臭术并发症的影响

The effect of nursing intervention to complications of out patient small incision bromhidrosis surgery

目的:探讨护理干预对降低门诊小切口腋臭术并发症的影响。方法:将67例未接受专科护理的患者作为对照组,75例接受专科护理的患者为实验组,实验组给予术前教育、术中护理支持、术后电话跟踪指导家庭护理、重视患者自觉症状、及时发现并处理并发症,加强术后伤口管理等护理措施,比较两组术后并发症:血肿发生率、皮肤糜烂发生率、皮肤坏死率、瘢痕增生发生率。结果:实验组与对照组血肿发生率、皮肤糜烂发生率、皮肤坏死率、瘢痕增生发生率有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:护理干预是门诊小切口腋臭术减少并发症的重要措施。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention to complications of small incision bromhidrosis operation. Methods 67 patients without any nursing were selectded as control group,and 75 patients with intensive care were selected as experimental group. The later group was offered preoperative education, intraoperative nursing support, post-surgery follow up phone for guidance family nursing, paid attention to patients＂ autopsyche symptom, found out complications and solved them in time, as well as strengthened the management of postoperative wound care measures etc. Comparing the two groups＂ postoperative complications,such as： the incidence rate of hematoma, skin erosion, skin necrosis and hypertrophic scars. Results The incidence rate of hematoma, skin erosion, skin necrosis and hypertrophic scars were significantly different bewteen control group and experimental group（P〈0.005）. Conclusion Nusing support is an important measure to reduce the complications of outpatient small incision bromhidrosis surgery.
