摘要
作为一种新型分子标记,EST-SSR来自表达基因,因而除具备传统基因组来源的SSR标记所有优势外,可能与基因功能表达具有直接或间接关系,从而强化了SSR标记在遗传研究中的应用。简要介绍了EST-SSR标记的开发方法,重点综述了其在果树的遗传多样性分析、遗传连锁图谱的构建、比较作图和分子系统发育等研究领域的应用现状,为今后该项技术在果树研究上的应用提供参考。
As a new kind of molecular marker, EST - SSR markers have more advantages than the traditional genomie - derived SSRs because they are part of expressed genes. Therefore, EST - SSRs might be direedy or indirecdy involved in the expression of gene function, thus the ability of SSR markers will be greatly enhanced. Here, we give a brief introduction about the principles and characteristics of EST - SSR technique. Moreover, its application in some research fields of pomology, including genetic diversity analysis, genetic linkage map construction, comparative mapping and molecular phylogeny are reviewed. We hope this paper will be helpful for the future application of EST - SSR technique in the research of fruit - tree.
