摘要
从20个水稻品种中分离得423个内生细菌。采用对峙培养法筛选出对水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solaniKühn)、水稻稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe grisea)和水稻恶苗病菌(Fusarium moniliform eSheld)有显著抑菌作用的内生颉颃细菌75株。测定了各颉颃细菌胞外酶(蛋白酶、几丁质酶和纤维素酶)活性和次生代谢物(噬铁素)活性,初步揭示了其抑菌机理。
To understand the diversity, taxonomy and antagonistic potential of rice - associated endophytie antagonists, and to discover new bacteria for bio - control of rice foliar pathogens, we obtained 423 endophytic bacteria from 20 varieties of rice in the field. Through dual culture assay, 75 endophytic antagonistic bacteria were screened out according to their in vitro antagonism against rice pathogenic fungi including Fusarium moniliforme, Rhizoctonia solani and Magnaporth grisea. Bio - control mechanism was displayed based on their eellulolytic, proteolytic, chitinolytic and metabolic (siderophore) activities.
