摘要 转座子是存在于DNA上可自主复制和移位的基本单位,它存在于生物界的各个领域,转座子及其相关技术是后基因组时代用于研究基因组功能的生物技术。综述了转座子的分类、转座子的转座机制以及转座子的应用与发展前景。 Transposon is the basic unit of self-replication and shift in DNA, it exists in all fields of biology, transposon and its related technology are the powerful weapons for studying the function of the genome in the post - genome era. This article reviews the classification of transposon, the transposable mechanism of transposon, as well as the application and developmental prospects of transposon.
