深部软岩巷道的锚注加固技术研究

Study on Reinforcement Technique by Injection Grout in Deep Soft Rock Supporting

处于松散软岩层中的北翼皮带巷,其顶板为泥岩,遇水易膨胀,导致巷道变形严重,支护困难。采用地质雷达实测了东大煤矿北翼皮带顺槽的松动圈大小,分析预测了松动圈的发展。研究使用锚注加固技术进行相关的支护处理,并经过一段时间的观察,取得了明显的效果。

The roof of the roadway which is in the relax soft rock is made of the mud rock and it is easily inflate when wet. In this case, the defonnation of the roadway is always serous which induce the support difficultly. Based on the measured data of the belt roadway＇ s broken rock zone, forecasts how the broken rock zone will grow. As result, study and decide that adopt the injection grout reinforcement technique to do the supporting. After several time, find that the deformation of the roadway is to become stable.
