低场强磁共振弥散加权及表观弥散系数成像对急性脑梗死的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨低场磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)和表观弥散系数(ADC)成像技术对急性脑梗塞死的诊断价值。方法对72例急性脑梗死患者常规的MRI、DWI和ADC图像资料进行比较分析,其中超急性期7例,急性期24例,亚急性期41例。结果超急性期、急性期和亚急性期脑梗死DWI均表现为高信号,ADC图均表现为低信号。DWI和ADC图较常规MRI序列显示梗死灶有明显优势。结论低场磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)和表观弥散系数(ADC)图能对急性脑梗塞死作出诊断,尤其对超急性脑梗死的诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。
