鼻窦内窥镜的临床应用

APPKICATION OF FUNCTIONAL ENDOSCOPIC SINUS SURGERY

功能性内窥镜鼻窦外科（FESS）给鼻窦炎、鼻息肉治疗带来了可喜的进步，近年来国内这一技术正在蓬勃发展。我科使用杭州奥福鼻窦内窥镜开展此手术23例，男13例，女10例。年龄17～66岁，其中鼻息肉病4例；鼻窦炎5例；上颌窦炎伴息肉13例；上颌窦囊肿1例，手术效果满意。鼻塞缓解率83％、头痛缓解率达78％、脓涕缓解率69％、总有效率87％。

Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) is a progressive technique for sinustis and nasal polyp. Wehad performed 23 cases of FESS included 13 male and 10 female aged from 17 to 66. There were 4 cases of polyp, 5 cases of nasal sinustis, 13 cases of maillary sinustis and polyp, 1 case of cyst in maxillary sinus. Rhinosteghosis relievingrate is 83%,headache rdlieving rate is 78% and purulent rhinitis relieving rate is 69%,The effective rate was 87 %.
