硝盐联产技术在元明粉生产过程中的应用

Application of the Co-production Technolgy of Salt and Glauber′s Salt in the Production of Anhydrous Sodium Sulfate

在制硝过程中产生的含盐母液因无法分离而只有外排,这不仅极大浪费了有限的宝贵资源,且严重污染了淮河水系,严重影响淮河下游的农业生态环境。本文针对实际情况提出了一种新的硝盐联产工艺,彻底解决传统制硝生产需要排放母液的问题。

The mother liquor containing salt that is difficult to separate produced in the course of glauber＇ s salt making has to be discharged outside,which not only largly wastes the limited precious resources, but also badly pollutes the Huai River system and badly influences the agricultural ecological environment of Huai Riv- er lower reaches. Aiming at the actual situation, this paper puts forward a new co-production process of salt and glauber＇s salt, which can thoroughly solve the problem of discharging mother liquor when conventional process for glauber＇s salt making is used.
