新的食用盐国家标准中虽然已经取消了氟的测定,但是在多品种盐和氟营养强化盐中依然要对氟进行测定。在测定氟的过程中,经过研究和比对,提出了电极法测定食盐中的氟含量方法的探讨。

Though the determination of fluorin has been canceled in the new national standard for edible salt, the fluorine in variety salt and fluorine-fortified nutrient salt still need to be determined. In the course of determining fluorine, an approach to the method of determining the fluorin content in salt with the method of electrode is made based on the researches and comparisons.
