摘要
苏共表面虽然高度重视国民的思想政治教育,但由于其言行不一,理论政策与实际作为完全悖缪,思想政治教育徒具形式,没有实际效果,最后只能归于彻底失败。
The Communist Party of the Soviet Union spent a lot of effort on national ideological and political education. However, the words and deeds were not in accord, thus, ideological and political education had no practical effect completely, and was attributed to the failure with a mere formality.
