社会公共安全视野下的情感安全调控

Emotional Security Control on the Perspective of Social Public Safety

风险社会存在大量有关情感安全的社会问题。情感安全是公共安全的底线。每个社会公民都有可能在公共安全事件中邂逅受损者、非受损者、肇事者这样三种基本社会角色,相应地,对所有社会成员都要进行安全性情感、援助性情感和文明性情感三方面的教育和培养。及时的心理干预对社会情感安全管理能起到恢复功能的作用,但是心理干预不能等同也不能代替社会安全的情感管理。

The emotion in the risk society is unsafe. There are a lot of social problems about emotional security. E- motional security is the bottom line of public safe ty. The management to social security, including management of emotional security, is sociologiealized process to the public emotion. Each citizen involved in public safety accident may have met in three basic role such as the damaged, non-impaired, perpetrators, and may be educated and trained in three areas of having safe emotion, assistance emotion and civilized emotion. The psychological intervention timely can play a role in restoring function on management of the community emotion safety, but it can not be equal to or replace the emotional management of social security.
