庞德对中国文字的曲解以及他对儒家思想的主观性改造值得重视。庞德对于中国文化的自以为是的态度应该受到评论界的批评,对其潜藏于中国文化倡导者表面之下的西方中心论者的面孔要予以揭露。

In the academic field, there has appeared many criticism works about the relationship between Ezra Pound and Chinese culture. While most frequently, those works hold positive attitude towards it, and seldom mention the distorted understanding of Pound. This thesis holds that Pound distorted Chinese characters and Confucianism, which deserves special attention. The subjective attitude of Pound should be criticized by the academia. It is also necessary to disclose the real face of westem superiority of Pound hidden under the mask of advocating Chinese culture. In this critical way, the research on Pound is possible to be deepened in the future.
