飞行员夫妻掩饰特质对心理健康及婚姻质量的影响

Effects of lie on mental health and the marriage quality of pilot＇ s couples

目的探讨飞行员夫妻双方掩饰性与心理健康及婚姻质量的关系。方法采用症状自评量表、艾森克个性问卷的掩饰分量表和Olson婚姻质量问卷对288名空军飞行员夫妻双方进行评定，采用SPSS15．0进行相关分析、回归分析。结果飞行员、以及妻子的掩饰特质与自身的心理健康9个因子：躯体化、强迫症、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性具有显著负相关性，前者相关系数为-0．221，-0．239，-0．219，-0．242，-0．278，-0．306，-0．254，-0．285，-0．236；后者为-0．127，-0．198，-0．262，-0．302，-0．282，-0．391，-0．203，-0．194，-0．280。飞行员以及妻子的掩饰特质与自身婚姻质量的夫妻交流、解决冲突方式、性生活、子女和婚姻、与亲友的关系、角色平等性因子（相关系数0．206，0．183，0．151，0．155，0．232，0．1870）、过分理想化、婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、经济安排、性生活、子女和婚姻、与亲友关系因子（相关系数0．129，0．223，0．160，0．223，0．203，0．123，0．309）有显著正相关性；飞行员及妻子的掩饰特质与对方的婚姻质量各有4项存在显著相关性，前者相关系数为0．251，0．127，0．176，0．127，后者为0．129，0．203，0．186，-0．135。多因素分析揭示，对丈夫掩饰特质贡献最大的因素依次为妻子的焦虑情绪、妻子的恐怖情绪、丈夫的敌对情绪、妻子的婚姻满意度、丈夫的角色平等性；对妻子掩饰特质贡献最大的因素依次为妻子的敌对情绪、经济安排、性格相容性，丈夫的性生活、与亲友关系等。结论开展飞行员心理健康教育，进行婚姻家庭心理咨询时，提高夫妻双方的掩饰性是非常有必要的。

Objective To investigate the effects among social mature, mental health and marriage quality of pilot＇ s couples. Methods SCL-90,EPQ and ENRICH were conducted in 288 of pilot＇ s couples. Correlation, regression were analyzed with SPSS 15.0 software. Results The marriage quality of pilot was significantly affect- ed by the social mature and mental health of pilot himself（ β =0. 203, -0. 274, P〈0. 001 ） ;meanwhile the mar- riage quality of pilot＇ s wife was significantly affected by the mental health of pilot＇ s couples （ β = - 0. 275, - 0. 185, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The social mature and mental health of pilot＇ s couples has a great influence in their marriage quality, so the social mature and mental health of pilot＇ s couples should be taken into the system of the psychological counseling and therapy for pilots.
